has received an award under the British Academy/Leverhulme Small Research Grants scheme for a project entitled 'Musical Pairs: Composers, their Partners and Creativity', with Dr Tom Armstrong. @SurreyDMM @UniofSurrey

5,000 reads of my research outputs on @ResearchGate, achieved earlier today. A total of 5,000 reads is not substantial (one of my articles has accrued over 5,000 reads on its own so far this year), but this refers only to reads on one specific platform I don't actually use.

The @UniofSurrey is ranked 7th in the UK in the National Student Survey 2026, above EVERY Russell Group university, with an overall student satisfaction score of 87.7%. It has been in the Top 15 for the last 5 years running.
